Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before attending the Sound Bath Event:
- Arrival Time
Participants are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before the event starts to ensure a smooth check-in process.
- Location
All individual and group sessions are held at 2 Olden Court Korumburra VIC 3950. Please park along Riflebutts Road only.
- Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing during the event.
Please inform the event organisers of any medical conditions or concerns that may affect your participation in the Sound Bath Event.
- Conduct:
Respectful and mindful behaviour is expected from all participants during the event.
Any disruptive behaviour that impacts the experience of others will not be tolerated, and the participant may be asked to leave the event.
- Health and Safety:
Participation in the Sound Bath Event is at the participant’s own risk.
It is recommended that pregnant women, individuals with epilepsy, or those with serious mental health conditions consult with a healthcare provider before attending the event.
- Refund and Cancellation Policy:
Refunds will generally only be issued if the event is cancelled by the organisers.
Otherwise, participants who are unable to attend the event must notify the organisers in writing at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
- Photography and Recording:
Photography, audio recording, or video recording during the event is not permitted without prior consent from the organisers.
The organisers may take photographs or recordings during the event for promotional purposes. By attending the event, participants consent to their image or voice being used for such purposes.
- Liability:
The organisers of the Sound Bath Event are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by participants during the event.
Participants attend the event at their own risk and agree to release the organisers from any liability.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions:
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes via email or on the event website.

As part of your participation in sound healing services—including sound baths and integrated sound healing sessions, I Am Loved Wellness Services collects personal information to:

We may collect the following types of personal and sensitive information:
- Your name, date of birth, and contact details
- Health history and relevant medical information
- Emergency contact details
- Information about your experience and response to therapy
This information is collected directly from you.
Use and Disclosure of Information
Your information will only be used for purposes related to your sessions. We will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your written consent, except:
- When required by law (e.g., subpoena or legal obligation)
- To prevent serious threats to health or safety
- To comply with public health reporting requirements
Storage and Security of Your Information
Your records are kept securely in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles:
- Paper files are stored in locked cabinets
- Electronic records are stored in password-protected systems
- Only authorised personnel have access to client files
All data is retained for the period required by Australian law and then securely destroyed.
Access and Correction
You may request access to your personal information or request corrections at any time. Requests must be made in writing to dia@loved.community.
We may require verification of identity and will respond within 30 days.
Your Consent
By registering for any ‘I Am Loved Wellness Services’ events or services, you:
- acknowledge you have read and understood this Privacy Statement
- consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal and health information
- understand that you may withdraw your consent in writing at any time (withdrawal may affect our ability to provide services)
